Farm Dinner Saturday March 24

We will be having a farm to table dinner on March 24. The menu will feature vegetables from our garden and lamb and chicken from the farm. The distance the food travels is measured in steps, not miles. The menu-

Bone broth featuring garden herbs, leeks and vegetables
and Indian Creek Mushrooms

Fresh vegetables from our garden
garnished with edible flowers
An assortment if dressings using homemade vinegars

Lamb Stew
LFF Gulf Coast Native Lamb cooked with farm vegetables

Indian Creek Mushrooms
Roasted over an oak fire

Fire Roasted Freedom Ranger Chicken

Homemade Bread
Blue Heron chèvre
Wood Duck strawberries
Garden herbs and arugula
LFF Honey
Shaved Chocolate

Pecan Torte
Organic Pecans from the market
LFF eggs

Chef and farmer Chandler Rothbard will be in charge of the outdoor kitchen.
Gates will open at 2:00 for a farm tour and we will begin serving at about 4:00.
The cost is $55.00 per person.
